Tea For All — Premium Teas ("Tea For All," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Tea For All mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Tea Journal Entries: Tasting notes, flavor ratings, and brewing parameters you save in the Tea Journal feature.
• AI Chat Conversations: Messages you send through the Tea Specialist AI advisor are transmitted to our AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Conversations may be stored to improve your experience.
• Rewards & Subscription Data: Information related to your rewards points and subscription preferences.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage Data: Pages visited within the App, features used, and interaction patterns.
• Crash & Performance Data: Diagnostic information to help us identify and fix issues.

Information Collected with Your Permission

• Camera Access: Used for the Scan feature to identify teas and products. Camera data is processed on-device and is not stored or transmitted unless you explicitly save a scan result.
• Location Data: Used solely to provide directions to our location at 960 Spruce Street, Lawrence Township, NJ via Google Maps. We do not track or store your location.

Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Square: Processes all payments and manages our product catalog. We do not store your payment card information. See Square's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers our Tea Specialist AI advisor. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps: Provides directions to our location. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Expo / React Native: May collect anonymized crash and performance data.
